My recipe makes enough filling for two. One for Turkey day and one to bring to work I guess. Gotta endear myself to those assholes somehow.

My crust recipe makes two crusts, so I usually make two pies, but this week I froze half, since my wife and I are escaping on our own and don’t need to have a pie each.
